YouTube Censorship!? – YouTube
The Daily Shed #114 – Today, the YouTubes blew up with news that the policy for acceptable uploads changed and videos were being flagged for content. What this means is NOT that videos are being censored. Rather, videos with non-advertiser-friendly content are being flagged as ineligible for monetization. Make a video that contains violence or excessive swearing and you are likely to be unable to monetize that video. That’s all.
And the world crumbles… or not… because it’s really not that big of a deal.
