The Daily Shed #105 – At Gen Con 2016, Tony from Board Game Quest gave me a gift. A t-shirt that was too small for anyone. I told him I’d figure out a way to put it on the Shed Wall… and so I have.
I show you how to make a simple shadow box that anyone with a hand saw can make. This isn’t fancy woodworking, this is functional woodworking. Making this video, “live” like this, was extremely challenging. I really enjoyed it!
Cuts:

Back frame – target inner measurements 8″ x 11″:

Front frame – target reveal measurements 7.5″ x 10.5″:
(cut on 45 degree, measure long side)
