The Daily Shed #92 – This week, I’m tackling 5 controversial subjects and giving you my opinions on them. Some of these opinions will not be popular. I’m fine with that. I’m not here to be write or wrong, I just want to start a discussion.
Today’s topic is gun control. If you watched the video I did on constitutional carry (link below) you’ll already be aware of some of my opinions about this subject. In West Virginia, it is now legal for anyone in the state, over the age of 21, to carry firearms concealed or otherwise. This is known as constitutional carry and it’s a pretty hot topic. Some people don’t want their personal freedom violated. Others want guns taken away. This is one of those “hot button” subjects that seem to be very black or white.
However, I’m a little in between. I enjoy owning, shooting, and talking about firearms… but I’m all for more gun control via gun safety training. In fact, I’m in favor of education over prosecution for many of this weeks topics.
