The Daily Shed #2499 – Yes.

Black Bean Chili – Slow Cooker
1lb stew meat (browned)
2 can black beans (Goya is the only acceptable option)
1 can tomatoes and chilies (liquid and all)
1 can tomato sauce
1/2 cup chicken broth
2 Tbsp chili seasoning
2 tsp msg (or a few knobs of dark chocolate)
Salt and pepper to taste

Put it all in the slow cooker, on low, for 8+ hours.

Mexican Chili Powder
3 tsp ground ancho chili powder
1 tsp arbol chili powder
1 tsp New Mexico chili powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp onion powder (optional)

Beef Stew – Slow Cooker
1 lb stew meat
1/8 cup flour
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp thyme
1 bay leaf
1 Tbs minced garlic (optional)
1 can broth
1 tsp Worcestershire
3 Tbs tomato paste
potatoes
carrots
peas

Toss beef in flower and pepper. Sear in pan with butter. Put everything in slow cooker for 8 hours.
